Join us for a fun and accessible free monotype printing workshop led by artist Jack Halford @jackthalford@paintingground taking place on Saturday 28th June 2025, from 11am to 2pm at Ilkeston Contemporary Arts.
This workshop is perfect for beginners or anyone curious about experimental printmaking techniques. Monotype printing is a playful, expressive way to make one-of-a-kind prints using ink, rollers, and stencils—no previous experience needed!

Cyanotype Workshop Saturday 24th May 11am-2pm at Ilkon Contemporary Arts
Join us for a hands-on Cyanotype Workshop led by artist Jack Halford and discover the magic of one of the oldest photographic printing techniques! In this creative session, you'll learn how to make your own beautiful blue-toned prints using simple chemistry. No prior experience needed—just bring your curiosity and a sense of play. All materials will be provided.
Plus, the gorgeous ILKON Community Café will be open all day, serving up the best food—and the best giggles—you’ve ever had!
